Clear terminology
Electric refrigeration does not automatically mean an electric vehicle.
Electric refrigeration
Describes the type of Kerstner refrigeration unit. The base vehicle may still be diesel, petrol or battery-electric.
Belt drive
Describes a directly driven refrigeration unit for high capacity requirements, chilled and frozen goods transport.
BEV powertrain
Describes only the vehicle’s powertrain. The badge applies only to vans with a battery-electric base vehicle.
