• Advising our customers and dealers on our refrigerated vehicle conversions by phone and email
• Obtaining and preparing offers including cost calculations
• Order processing from scheduling through transport organization to invoicing
• Maintaining customer and order data in CRM and ERP systems
• Creating and updating price lists and product brochures
• Assisting in the planning and execution of smaller in-house events such as sales meetings and training sessions
• Interface to field sales as well as close cooperation with development, production planning, logistics, accounting, and quality assurance

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as automobile salesman, freight forwarding agent, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, or industrial clerk (m/f/d), or comparable professional experience in inside sales or order processing
• Interest in technology and vehicles
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of abas is desirable but not required
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage

Your Responsibilities

• Assembly of insulated components for refrigerated vehicles
• Technical and mechanical outfitting of vehicles
• Installation of insulated parts directly in the vehicle
• Support with assembly and connection of refrigeration units
• Adjustment and commissioning of refrigeration units
• Support other conversion areas as needed

Your profile

• Ideally a completed vocational craft training
• Experience or training in automotive, commercial vehicle, or vehicle technology is an advantage
• Teamwork skills and reliability
• Driver's license class B (formerly class 3) desirable
• Flexibility and willingness to support different areas of the plant as needed
• Willingness to occasionally take on tasks outside the company

Occasional overtime or Saturday work is not a problem

Initial contract limited to 1 year, with possibility of conversion to a permanent position
