Thermo King V400X Max 50 for professional transport refrigeration.

The Thermo King V-400X MAX from the VX series is driven by the vehicle engine and requires no separate motor. This results in quiet, low-vibration operation without its own exhaust emissions, making it ideal for deliveries in inner cities and environmental zones, including at night. With a cooling capacity of 4.082 W at 0 °C and 2.240 W at −20 °C, the unit is suitable for both fresh delivery and deep-freeze transport. The cab controller Direct Smart Reefer (DSR III) maintains the cargo area temperature within ±1 °C. It displays malfunctions via clear alarm codes and automatically reminds of scheduled maintenance. The 50 version offers two additional features: through electric standby, the unit continues cooling when the engine is off using an external power supply at 400 V. The heating function protects the cargo in winter from excessively low temperatures. The lightweight, aerodynamic housing preserves payload capacity. The condenser can be mounted on the front wall, on the roof, or recessed in the roof. Defrost is automatic using hot gas. Optional features include door switches, a DIN adapter for controller installation in the radio slot, telematics via BlueBox Lite, and data loggers compliant with EN 12830. The max 50 version offers cooling while driving, cooling while stationary via external 400V power supply, as well as a heating function with 3.564W during driving and 1841W when connected to mains.
