Der Kerstner Frischdienstausbau für den VW Crafter verbindet höchste Isolierleistung mit konsequenter Praxistauglichkeit – entwickelt und gefertigt für den täglichen Einsatz im Lebensmittel- und Frischdienst.
Der Aufbau erreicht einen K-Wert von unter 0,4 W/m²K und trägt nach ATP-Richtlinien das Prädikat „verstärkt wärmegedämmt". Möglich macht dies eine lückenlose Verbindung aller Isolierelemente – auch an der Schiebetür – ganz ohne Spalten oder Wärmebrücken.
Die Polyurethan-Isolationsbauteile sind wasserabweisend, antibakteriell und schlagfest – und erfüllen die Anforderungen nach ATP- und HACCP-Richtlinien. Die reinigungsfreundliche Oberfläche minimiert den Hygieneaufwand im Betrieb.
Dank computeroptimierter Passform bietet der Ausbau ein nutzbares Ladevolumen von 8,5 – 11,5 m³ mit freiem Durchlademaß zwischen den Radkästen – kompatibel für die Beladung mit Europaletten.

Erhöhte Türschließkräfte: Durch Einbau einer Trennwand entstehen höhere Türschließkräfte, diese können langfristig zu einem erhöhten Schiebetürverschleiß führen. Bitte beachten Sie noch folgendes: Wenn eine feste Mehrkammertrennwand (ohne Durchgang) im Laderaum verbaut wird, ist lt. BG-Verordnung eine Trittstufe an der Schiebetür anzubringen, da durch die Mehrkammertrennwand der Zugang durch die Hecktüren in die Vorderkammer entfällt. Lt.
