Kerstners isoleringsløsning til køletransport med MAN TGE kombinerer maksimal isoleringsevne med konsekvent fokus på praktisk anvendelighed – udviklet og fremstillet til daglig brug inden for fødevaretransport og køletransport.
Opbygningen opnår en K-værdi på under 0,4 W/m²K og er klassificeret som „kraftigt isoleret“ efter ATP-retningslinjerne. Det opnås ved en ubrudt sammenføjning af alle isoleringselementer – også ved skydedøren – helt uden sprækker eller kuldebroer.
Det motordrevne køleanlæg opretholder pålideligt temperaturområdet fra 0 °C til +20°C under hele kørslen.
Isoleringsdelene af polyurethan er vandafvisende, antibakterielle og slagfaste – og opfylder kravene i ATP- og HACCP-retningslinjerne. Den rengøringsvenlige overflade minimerer arbejdet med hygiejne i den daglige drift.
Takket være den computeroptimerede pasform giver indretningen et nyttigt lastvolumen på 8,5 – 11,5 m³ med fri passage mellem hjulkasserne – egnet til læsning med europaller.
