Der Kerstner Frischdienstausbau für den MAN TGE verbindet höchste Isolierleistung mit konsequenter Praxistauglichkeit – entwickelt und gefertigt für den täglichen Einsatz im Lebensmittel- und Frischdienst.
Der Aufbau erreicht einen K-Wert von unter 0,4 W/m²K und trägt nach ATP-Richtlinien das Prädikat „verstärkt wärmegedämmt“. Möglich macht dies eine lückenlose Verbindung aller Isolierelemente – auch an der Schiebetür – ganz ohne Spalten oder Wärmebrücken.
Die elektrische Kühlanlage hält zuverlässig das Temperaturfenster von 0 °C bis +20°C während der gesamten Fahrt.
Die Polyurethan-Isolationsbauteile sind wasserabweisend, antibakteriell und schlagfest – und erfüllen die Anforderungen nach ATP- und HACCP-Richtlinien. Die reinigungsfreundliche Oberfläche minimiert den Hygieneaufwand im Betrieb.
Dank computeroptimierter Passform bietet der Ausbau ein nutzbares Ladevolumen von 8,5 – 11,5 m³ mit freiem Durchlademaß zwischen den Radkästen – kompatibel für die Beladung mit Europaletten.

Wenn eine feste
Mehrkammertrennwand (ohne Durchgang) im Laderaum verbaut wird, ist lt.
BG-Verordnung eine Trittstufe an der Schiebetür anzubringen, da durch die
Mehrkammertrennwand der Zugang durch die Hecktüren in die Vorderkammer
entfällt.
Lt. BG darf der Kunde die
Vorderkammer ohne Trittstufe nicht betreten, sondern nur von außen be- und
entladen.
